Our Company

Vial Of Love, LLC is created, founded and operated by Kelly Kerans. Kelly has created an easy and fun way for anyone of any age to create awareness and raise funds for any cause. It is a way to work around any schedule and give back to their community. It can easily be added to anyone's annual fundraising program. Creating more awareness and keeping your donors and supporters, not only engaged in your cause, but excited and motivated to tell everyone.

About The Founder

Kelly Kerans, founder/CEO of Vial Of Love, LLC has over 25 years in the marketing, sales and non-profit industry. She understands that those who chose a career in the non-profit industry do it for the cause and the lives it improves and it is never about the money. Kelly has created Vial Of Love, LLC to help in your cause by taking away some of the burdens that you face, by assisting in your efforts to create more awareness and funds to help in your cause.

Vial Of Love Bottles

The Vial Of Love™ concept is based on LOVE as medicine and “vial” representing old glass medicine bottles because LOVE has been around since creation. Vial Of Love™ is based on the 3rd basic human need on Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs - belonging and love. We also need to feel we belong and it gives us great pleasure to feel a part of something. Crusading together for a common cause is one of the most satisfying ways to meet those human needs.

Target Groups

We are primarily targeting cancer patients and sick children to provide the Vial Of Love™ bottles to, however we want anyone who needs some support and love to get one too.

We are currently working with:

*We will be working with all of these organizations on a national basis since the campaigns will run online nationwide. We will be targeting one market at time so that all crowd funding efforts will provide funding and a Vial Of Love™ in-kind gift to individuals in the local area and the local chapters.

We hope to reach agreements with each one of these entities starting in Springfield, MO within the next two weeks and provide, at the very least, our Vial Of Love™ in-kind gifts, but also to provide monetary donations as well. We will launch each organization as we get their campaign set up. All who want to participate will be highly promoted by our company. We are ready to start promoting, so as soon as we get the green light we will launch that particular campaign. We know we will have individuals come to us who will want to participate in our program to help these organizations, in fact we already have several who want to do one for most of these. So, we want to make sure to work with each one to custom design our effort to meet your most highest needs. Our next market planned is Houston, TX, however we are in the word of mouth business, so we will grow where the word spreads first.

We will also be targeting:

small charities, youth sport groups, church groups, to raise money for their own cause and build a Vial Of Love™ for themselves, or for one of our partnering organizations

individuals who would like to pay it forward, raise money for education, medical bills, a trip, money for a house, or anything else to come and join forces with one of our causes to crowd fund for their own cause and the organization's cause, split the donation 50/50 and build a Vial Of Love™ for a sick child, adult, or a loved one.

individuals who would like to build a Vial Of Love™ for a special person in their life for birthday, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers, funeral expenses and sympathy and to raise funds for their loved one, or one of our partnering organizations.

Vial Of Love’s Beginnings

The Vial Of Love bottle is empty until the LOVE CRUSADE starts, then when it is finished it is full of the only medicine on this earth that can heal a broken heart, create miracles, and help those we care about get through life’s tough ups and downs! We manufacture all of our Vial Of Love™ bottles by hand. We will work with organizations who put disabled individuals to work and have them put them together. All of this will be determined on the need.

Our Goals

We are trying to capture support for non-profit organizations instead of just crowd funding for cash. We want to show how their efforts will go much further to crowd fund with us and split their efforts with a charity and a cause. We also want to help create more awareness for all organizations big and small. We are combining everyone’s efforts and bringing people together for a common cause… to improve the lives of others by spreading love.

Services and Fees

The overall simple structure is we will be donating 60% of all funds raised after credit card processing fees and Vial Of Love, LLC will keep 40% for our services, operation expenses and to build the Vial Of Love™ in-kind gifts to be donated to charity. (we will ask the person who donates if they would like to help with processing fees). Vial Of Love, LLC will create a custom campaign and cause pages for that charity and the charity will receive a share link.

Disclaimers

We will not allow a specific charm to be picked by people coming to donate. There are millions of charms available and they come and go. We simply could not keep up with notifying our donors of a charm no longer available. We also want to manufacture each Vial Of Love™ bottle to be unique. Cataloging specific charms would not keep our Vial Of Love™ bottles unique.

We will not be partnering with, nor allowing any groups or individuals to crowd fund for any hate or activist groups who support hate groups and hate activities. We will not allow anything to go onto our site that has a potential to take away from our main goal of spreading love, support and goodwill, nor will we support anything that will go against the organization's missions and brand in which we are working with.

We will not guarantee any certain amount donated to each organization. We operate on individuals, groups and organizations crowd funding their own campaigns and can't guarantee what they raise. We will, however, provide helpful tips and tricks to help our crowd funders raise more money and constantly creating new, fun and exciting programs, contests and marketing campaigns to bring in new supporters and regenerate existing supporters.

We will not partner with all organizations. We have specific goals and targets we are trying to accomplish and the organizations we work with have the same overall mission, causes and people who will receive the valuable help and support they need.

We will not allow anyone to crowd fund for any charity without Vial Of Love, LLC verifying and notifying the charity organization requested. We are structured for the ever changing world of non-profit and charities and will stay flexible so that we can adjust to meet the biggest needs.

We don’t want your donor list. We simply want those who participate with us to make sure your supporters know you have approved this program, help create awareness about the program and we will be making every effort on our end to bring you new supporters, or regenerate inactive supporters by giving them a brand new, exciting and fun fundraiser to do. This program is ideal to promote all of your supporters who you haven’t heard from in a while.

We are here to help organizations so we will work one-on-one to create customized causes and campaigns, and make sure our efforts align within your guidelines, however we are not a consulting firm, hired to fundraise for you. We will be helping as many organizations as we can, so all of our programs will be designed to run themselves and the organizations will be responsible to inform and provide their campaign link pages to their current supporters, in their marketing material and website about the program. With our marketing strategies and your organization creating the links and information to this program, you should get old and new supporters for your whole cause.

We will be taking requests from patient advocates, doctors, nurses, schools, etc for a Vial Of Love™ bottles for an individual they know. In the event, one of these organizations listed above, decline, money and/or Vial Of Love™ in-kind donation, we will still allow people who have requested to crowd fund for a Vial Of Love™ in-kind gift for your organization, but the Vial Of Love™ bottle and all funds raised will be provided directly to the individual/parent/or guardian who is receiving support within your program. If any of the National Organizations decline, we will also still partner with local chapter’s, however, Vial Of Love, LLC will provide all funds raised to individuals and local chapter’s only. No monetary, or in-kind donations will be provided by Vial Of Love, LLC to the organization at the corporate level.
